ITINERARY:
Day 1 Arrive Delhi @ The Park
Arrive into India's capital city. Meet your Yoga Masters, India Guide and fellow pilgrims.
Days 2 - 4 Sonapani @ Himalayan Village
No journey to India would be complete without a train trip! We travel from Delhi into the North Indian state of Uttarakhand and transfer by road to our resort nestled in the Himalayas. Enjoy dynamic yoga sessions amongst fruit trees and local flora. Walk 8 km / 4-5 Hours to Mukteshwar a 350 year old Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva with excellent views of the valleys below.
Days 5 - 6 Binsar Grand Oak Manor
Drive further north into the Pine and Oak forests of Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, we reach our chalet (at an altitude of 2100m). Deepen your yoga practice in the abode of the Gods. Embark on a 6km / 3 Hour walk along an ancient stone path within the Sanctuary. Studded with Rhododendron trees, you'll encounter monkeys swinging from the tree tops and a spectacular panorama of high Himalayan peaks.
Day 7 - 9 Dunagiri Retreat
Transfer to our blissful abode at Dunagiri; home to many of India’s great Yogi’s and close to nature’s heart. A delightful walk through rural landscapes and enchanted forests will bring us to legendary Mahavatar Babaji’s Cave where Kriya Yoga was founded. A sacred spot imbued with special spiritual energy.
Day 10 - 11 Delhi @ The Park
Our return train to Delhi will have us arrive in the evening. Transfer to The Park for a restful sleep before your departure the next day.

Accommodation: 2 Nights in Delhi @ The Park, 3 Nights @ Sonapani Himalayan Village, 2 Nights @ Binsar Grand Oak Manor, 3 Nights @ Dunagiri Retreat.
Meals: All inclusive vegetarian meals. You may wish to bring along your own personal refillable water bottle (mineral water is provded) and your favourite snacks for the road.

Arrival/Departure: Delhi, the capital of India is well connected to the rest of the world by numerous International Airlines. You are requested to arrive in Delhi on Day 1 before midday. You are free to depart on Day 11 at anytime.
